Description

The S series SMG sound suppressors are available for carbines and submachine guns in 9x19 mm Para calibre. Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY, the S series SMG suppressors are manufactured out of 300 series stainless steel and assembled by welding . The S series SMG suppressors have a strong construction and are built to for a long service life.
The small S series S4 SMG suppressor only adds 80 mm to the length of the weapon *, the diameter being 45 mm. The S4 SMG suppressor is intended for users seeking a small hearing safe suppressor.
The S series S6 SMG suppressor is intended for users to are seeking for more suppression level. The S series S6 suppressor adds 125 mm to the length of the weapon * and the diameter is 45 mm.
The S series SMG suppressors are available with a variety of internal threads and quick mounts to fit on a variety of carbines and submachine guns.

Performance
The S series SMG suppressors reduce the sound pressure level of the weapon by 18-28 dB (dependant on suppressor model and calibre). The S series SMG suppressors also reduce recoil and muzzle flash significantly.
Submachine guns tested with the S series SMG suppressors, comply with the latest personal exposure limit set by the European Directive 2003/10/EC (140 Pa tai 137 dB (C))
